The warranty starts from the date of shipment to the dealer. If a failure occurs within 12 months from the retail sale date, it will still be covered even if more than 24 months have passed since the dealer shipment — provided a proof of sale (invoice, receipt, or delivery note) should be attached. For project installations where activation occurs over 12 months after shipment, warranty starts from the commissioning date of the project

Most repairs are handled locally — fast diagnostics, original parts, and certified technicians ensure minimal downtime.
Each partner center is pre-supplied with spare parts for nearly every distributed brand, often exceeding manufacturer requirements. We provide a standard warranty period of 24 months (or more, depending on the brand).
All international shipments must include a commercial invoice with declared customs value to ensure smooth clearance. We coordinate the entire process — service validation, logistics, and communication — maintaining complete traceability.
